The Villa have been designed and built by the Architect/Owner to bring a superior level of luxury to Mykonos living. Great care has been taken in the design and placement of the Villa in order to capitalize on the views, access, privacy and security. The outside areas-the beauty of the Mykonian living-have been carefully designed for living and entertaining in the long hot summer days and cool evenings.
In winter the house withdraws into a cozy warm retreat with fireplace.
Design and specification. The villa have all been designed with large spacious bedrooms each with a romantic on suite bathroom.
Sanitary ware & Accessories. The finest state of the art sanitary ware has been used. Well hung toilets with concealed cistems, designer basins from Africa and modern glass showers.
The brassware is by Gessi“. The unusal cast aluminum basins and accessories have been custom designed and made by ironwood Creations“. Air Conditioning and Heating. Climate is controlled by concealed VRV Hitachi Air-conditioning (Heating & Cooling) and under floor heating. Timber windows and doors. The timber windows and doors have been locally manufactured in Greece by BA Group, to the highest specification in order to withstand the rugged Mykonian climate.
