The atilt building ground is located on the peak of the hill side which looks the Town and the Port of Mykonos. The residence was designed in different levels which are climbing the natural soil and the rear of the house looks at the north creating a protective, from the north winds, embrace. There are placed the exterior spaces of the house and rooms around the pool.
The first and lower level of the residence has 3 bedrooms with windows which have a panoramic view, 2 spacious bathrooms and a big living room.
The second level has a big hosting space which has a big living room and then is opened in front of it the kitchen and the dining room. From the inside of the house the panoramic view allows to the user to enjoy the Aegean Sea and the warm sunset.
The construction of the residence followed the absolute degradation of the spaces and the aesthetics of the island / sideling and thick walls, small openings and brows on the exterior windows' framing, the materials for the construction of this luxurious residence is the most excellent and most durable.
The doors and the fixtures of the bedrooms are made from solid wood as also the furniture of the kitchen are made from the same type of wood. For the floorings were chosen tiles of excellent quality and durability at the colors of the earth. At the exterior spaces was used the local stone for the supporting walls or for the pavement.
